Trying to be positive!

Wow, my blog must be fabulous because I got another award! Woohoo!

Unfortunately, I'm in a very bad mood today. Thankfully, that doesn't happen too often! I used to have mood swings when I was a teenager, but I'm a cheerful person most of the time now. I guess I'm just sad when I see sickness and tragedies around me and there seem to be a lot of those these days.

A little guy I know who's only 4 years old probably has cancer... A family member's cancer is back after a short remission...

My own dad died from lung cancer almost 4 years ago. My son was hospitalized exactly 4 years ago (a month or so before my dad passed away) because doctors worried that he might have leukemia. This was the worst week of my life! Thankfully, my son did NOT have cancer so we were sent home after 5 days. But it still makes me sad to think about all this. I'm so grateful to have a healthy little guy!
